Charles Watson pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a protected location, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Â§Â§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B), 846, 851 and 860 and conspiracy to carry a firearm in relation to a drug-trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. Â§Â§ 924(c) and 924(o). The district court declined to depart downward under the Guidelines and also denied Watsons requests for a variance. Watson appeals, arguing that his sentence is unreasonable because his co-defendants sentence was substantially less. We affirm.
